Pets at on site resorts/Dis kennel?

We are having an extended stay in the FL Keys but want to begin our FL adventure with a 2/3 night stay on Dis property, preferring BC or GF. We are bringing our dog, a small French bulldog, to Fl with us but are concerned about what to do with her during a Dis stay. Do any of the resorts allow pets onsite or have special pet friendly rooms? What about Dis property kennels we could keep her at during our stay, even if overnight (like a boarding situation)?
Thanks for the tips!

There is no resort on property where you could keep your pet in your room in with you, though the Swan/Dolphin MIGHT allow it as I know Starwood properties are know to be pet friendly and since they are Starwood properties it might help to look there. If those don't pan out, there is a kennel over near POR called Best Friend's Kennel. I've never used it, but it might be worth a look at.

I've never used the onsite kennel, but here is an FAQ thread:

There's no resort on Disney property that allows pets in the rooms, with the exception of some camping sites at Fort Wilderness. The Swan and Dolphin and the DTD resorts don't allow pets.

About Best Friends for anyone who is worried about their fur-child.

My dad is 84 years old and wheelchair bound (recently went to bed-only). The ONLY reason he continue to enjoy Disney World was because my fur-sister, Kaycee, was able to enjoy Best Friends. If my father was able to leave one of the two most frequent people in his life in the care of someone else, well, nothing speaks higher.

Kaycee had her own place and (for more money - my dad is a skinflint so high praise) got an ice cream treat every day.

Never used Best Friends but I can only say it gets high Kaycee and Bob (my dad) speech. To each their own.

Thank you all for your help! I booked Best Friends. I'm also extremely particular about where/who our pup is with. My kids call her their 'sister' so you can see how much she means to us!
I will post a review afterwards, and thanks again

Have you read the reviews. I would do some research. Unless you book a suite it doesn't seem that great. I would check out Bass pet resort. It gets great reviews and is much cheaper.

You would want your dog in a Vacation Villa ( or VIP suite if available and affordable). The other accommodations are small and the dogs probably don't get the attention they would in a villa or suite.
