Lava Cake vs Souffle and fruityness

I am thinking of trying either the molten lava cake or chocolate soufflé at Shula's. Now, usually I don't like chocolate cake (I am much more of a fudgy, gooey brownie person but I can't really find that around!), but I figure maybe the lava/soufflé will be similar. I've never really had molten cake or soufflé. Can anyone tell me the difference? Both are served at Shula's and they both seem kind of like cake with a runny center.
Any recommendations?
Oh and does anyone know where to get a good fruit dessert like apple crisp (I see it's on Shula's menu as well)? I like the "dutch apple" kind of topping more than the oats or bready stuff (I've been afraid to try the artist point cobbler because of this). I'm in the area for a while so I figured I'd see what I can find! TIA!
