BOG Lunch for Kids

For those who have visited recently, does anyone know for sure if the pasta is available for kids at lunch? It's on the official menu, but not on the DIS version and I'm not sure which is more up to date. Thanks!

Hey, we will be there for FP+ lunch on Sunday also, 12:45-1:00 :-) I was also able to preorder our DD4 the pasta w/veggies and a cupcake. She's such a picky eater so not sure she'll eat it but we'll see.

Great! So happy to hear that. Did you preorder when you made your FP+ or at some point afterwards?

was not able to order dessert for the kids, did not seem to be an option. Hopefully we can fix it when we get there. Our times are 11:35-11:50 and 11:45-12. have an ADR at CM @ 5:30 so early was better. My 2 year old niece is picky too, took the sauce off and my sis will be paying OOP for it, at least it's not too expensive. My niece pretty much only eats mac and cheese and chicken nuggets; Disney kids food might be perfect for her.

We were also able to pre-order the pasta for our visit on Sunday. Did this at the same time as reserving FP+. Did not see an option for the children's dessert either?!

Thats what I thought also but it let me pick 1 different cupcake for each of our meals (1 child, 2 adults) I had the dining plan feature turned on and after the order was complete, it said the balance was zero and that I was only using 3 qs dining credits. If it ends up using a snack credit after we get there, no biggie because we'll probably have several left over anyway when we leave.

We had lunch at BOG twice a few weeks ago. They definitely have the kid's pasta, as that is what DD ate the first time we went. She got it with a side of broccoli. Like a PP said, dessert wasn't included, but we ordered her a cupcake anyway!

I will say, though, that my DD did not care for the pasta. She is a vegetarian so that was the only kid's meal she could eat there. She specifically did not like the sauce. It had a lot of diced/chucks of tomatoes in it. The second time we went she got a side of fries and the potato leek soup, which I very highly recommend. Hope this helps!

My 8yo DS got the pasta in September, he said it was SO good. That being said, it was a VERY small portion of pasta and he ate almost half my sandwich after he was done.

I took the sauce off my niece's order; hope plain with cheese is OK.

My DD said she would have liked it a lot better if it was plain, without the sauce. We were going to do that when we went the 2nd time but she decided on the potato leek soup because mine looked so good. I think you made the safe choice by leaving the sauce off.

Also, like a PP said, the portion size is extremely small!

We ate there last week. Kids do not get a cupcake. My dd9 was given peach applesauce - she was not amused and did not like it. I went up and bought her a cupcake. The online ordering system will allow you to order the cupcake but you will be asked to pay for it when you get there.

She ordered the turkey sandwich and did not like it. My adult dd did not finish all of her turkey sandwich and ds12 only managed about 1/3 of his roast beef sandwich so there was plenty of food for her.
