Disney Online Showing Different Info Than Email Confirmation

I just booked our 2014 trip to Disney this evening (woot! yay!) but I'm having some inconsistencies with the "My Disney Experience" section online versus the reservations I made. I received a confirmation email reflecting all of the correct information for our booking...number of days, resort, room requests, dining plan...but when I log into disney it doesn't show the park hoppers even though they said when I called that it is on there.

W were able to receive free dining due to an issue we had with our last visit...but the dining description online just says "2014 Table Service Meals - Adult, 2014 Two Quick Service Meals per night, 2014 Quick Service Meals". I called Disney to confirm everything was correct and she says it is on her end....could this possibly be because we simply booked today but haven't paid in full? I will call again if it doesn't update in a few days but just curious if anyone else experienced this? Last time I booked a trip with Disney it was all correct and accurate online...

I'm having a similar problem. My Disney Experience info online shows all our correct info, but got an email with old dates. I suppose I will call and try to see what's up.

I noticed they have made some changes to the way the "my disney experience" area of the site works...it's been about a year since our last visit but maybe this change is recent and still has a few glitches? *crossing fingers for us both!*

The reservation system and MDE are separate systems. MDE still has some glitches accessing information and linking it to the different individuals in the reservation (esp if each individual already has a MDE profile).

I had a similar problem, where my reservation had our tickets for all 3 of us, but in MDE, there was no ticket for my DD. I called CRO and confirmed that my DD had her ticket, then called tech support (407-939-4357, option 2) and explained the issue. After a few minutes they solved it and our three tickets were showing.

Call. Mine did this and it was an issue with the insurance not updating to the new dates. So it was still "showing" the old dates for emails even though when the CM pulled the rest of it up it showed okay.
