What a fun thread! Thanks for starting it!

My favorites - in high to low ranking order -

POR
POFQ
Pop
CBR
AS MUSIC
AS SPORTS
AS MOVIES
AoA
CSR

The only Deluxe I have stayed at is in CA.
The Disney Hotel is absolutely awesome! Great memories!

1. Poly (food, room comfort, pool, theme, monorail)

2. BC (pool, room comfort, board walk)

3. POR (theme/grounds, price, comfy in royal rooms, food court)

4. WL (theme, boat...room too small and dark)

5. GF (monorail, room size...but we really disliked the theming and food outside of signatures)

Ours would be:

GF--but before the tragic pool "upgrade"
Poly--1990-2007
BLT and BC are a tie for 3rd
AKL
BWI--The cottages only

We were unimpressed by CSR and WL (too much like every resort in Wisconsin!)

All in all, our family feels that while prices have gone up substantially, the quality of experience at the resorts has not.

I've only stayed at 3...but my ranking would be

Boardwalk Inn
Yacht Club
Polynesian

I should say that the circumstances around my stays probably influenced my rankings.

At Boardwalk, we stayed in a large suite on the Club level as someone else's guest.
At Yacht Club, we stayed in a standard room on the club level
At Poly, we stayed in a standard room (not club level).

Okay...I've tabulated the results...and now the arguments begin!!! I've done two results. The first list is according to the average rank by those who responded. The second is based upon percentage of people who selected that resort as their number one pick (please note that the percentages won't add up to 100% since some people did not rate every particular resort).

Average Rank:
Polynesian - 2.18
Wilderness Lodge - 3.03
Animal Kingdom Lodge - 3.06
Beach Club - 3.12
Grand Floridian - 3.125
Boardwalk - 3.185
Old Key West - 3.2
Yacht Club - 3.46
Contemporary - 3.5
Port Orleans FQ - 4.27
Port Orleans Riverside - 4.45
Art of Animation - 4.57
Coronado Springs - 5.1
Pop Century - 5.3
Caribbean Beach - 5.7
Swan/Dolphin - 5.8
Saratoga Springs - 6
Fort Wilderness - 6.5
All Star Sports - 7
All Star Movies - 7.3

(I only received one response including Shades of Green ranking it at 7)

Based on Percentage of Response ranking the resort as their number 1

Polynesian - 42%
Boardwalk - 37%
Wilderness Lodge - 33%
Beach Club - 27%
Animal Kingdom Lodge - 27%
Yacht Club - 20%
Old Key West - 20%
Fort Wilderness - 16%
Grand Floridian - 12%
Contemporary - 11%
Port Orleans Riverside -10%
Port Orleans FQ - 3%

There's definitely some surprises if you ask me!!!
