Thanks for the suggestion @smith02.... We are actually staying at the family suites in Music because we MUST have a second bathroom. We drive our own vehicle and park because we are up and out so early (no later than 7:30) parking hasn't been a problem in prior years and we're not opposed to cabs as well. And all of our meals are in the same park for the most part

Disney has this figured out. You'll only break even if you take EVERYTHING included. You'll save a little if you eat the most expensive menu items and use the credits for lunch and dinner only, with signature dining a given. Using table service credits for breakfast (unless it's a character breakfast) isn't the most cost effective to you. Using table service credits for counter service is just as bad.
I forgot! We always get beer or wine with dinner and never get the drink. We never have soda, or iced tea. Especially at Jiko, which had such a nice wine list....

But yes, you are basically pre-paying for consuming the most expensive options available. If I'm going to pre-pay, I better save more than $10/day. Because if you are tired, or sick, you won't be able to make up the difference. I remember when the plan was $80/day and you could then save $15-25 per person per day, especially if you had kids and were doing a lot of character meals.

{Dinner} Fulton's Crab House (Downtown Disney) 2 TSM 8:00 p.m

Day 7: CHECKOUT
{BRUNCH} House of Blues Brunch (Downtown Disney) PAY OUT OF POCKET

I know it seems like a lot but I figured TSM were the best way to maximize the plan. And because we KNOW Disney is known for large portions, we would utilize our snack credits left over at the end of our trip as take home gifts that travel well like popcorn and cookies and the like Any suggestions or thoughts
IMHO:
1) You don't have enough time between lunch and dinner.
2) You have a lot of meals scheduled. A lot!
3) In May, Fantasmic will prbably be at around 8 pm, which means the latest you would be able to get a F! dinner package is for 5 pm. So, May 16th will definitely need to be re-worked.
4) You are missing some of the best restaurants in WDW, but it's understandable since you have a 2-year old and the Signatures may not be that easy with him.
5) Forgot to mention - Because you have a daily character meal, and you can use your apps to help feed the 3-year old, you may be a great candidate for DxDP.

Review, please?

We will be there (a group of 9) for 5 nights on DxDP. First trip for most of us, 1 infant, 2 kids (ages 3 &6). We have CRT 2 times, that is up for debate, I am not set on it, but didn't know which one we would prefer. I have virtually no input from anyone in our group, so I am stabbing in the dark!

This is what I have booked on the regular dining plan:

2/20: Liberty Tree Tavern-Lunch
2/21: The Garden Grill-Dinner
2/22: Yak and Yeti-Dinner
2/23: Princess Half Marathon-no ADRs
2/24: Cape May Cafe-Breakfast
2/25: Sci-Fi Dine In-Lunch
2/26: Biergarten-Dinner
2/27: Cinderella's Royal Table-Mom's birthday dinner
2/28: 1900 Park Fare-Breakfast

I plan on supplementing this with the quick service meals and snacks that come with the regular plan. I am now leaning towards no deluxe plan.
