Caribbean Beach Pirate Kids Pool

Our son is still a bit scared of big pools and enjoys splash features and little water slides which is why we think the Pirate kids pool at Caribbean Beach would be perfect for him! Only problem is he is now 49 inches, it says the height max is 48 inches - would he still be able to use it? It's only an inch but I would hate to book there and then be told he couldnt play in that area.

That is a big reason why I chose CBR too.. That way our 5 and 2 year old can enjoy and we don't have to be all over them like we would have to be in the big pool.... I really doubt an inch is going to matter at all....

Last time we were there, the lifeguard in the kiddie pool area was very strict about who was/wasn't allowed. Sadly it all depends on who's there. Some days/times he/she might not be allowed in depending on who is "in charge" for that time period.

Last time we were there, they weren't measuring kids but if they were obviously too tall, the lifeguard would ask them to leave. Next time we go back DS will have outgrown the area.

Same experience, life guard was very strict. Daughter was just a tad to tall, but we wanted daughter and son to be in one area. They would not bend on the issue. Good luck!

It is not anywhere near as fancy, but the pool at POFQ has a very small water slide. At least you would know he could use it, and not be kept out. That would be very sad for him!
