Room in Radar Mast

I recently went on my first cruise with my wife on the Disney Dream which was fantastic. I noticed in the radar mast on the top deck at the bow of the ship there is a small room built into the mast which always had lights on inside but the blinds drawn across the windows. Despite a massive amount of googling I cant find what that area is, lots of info in available for staterooms and public areas but I have always loved how things work. Anyone happen to know?

There general opinion is that its a emergency *operational Bridge*, if needed.

Now I am not sure this is correct, but it is possible!

I asked Capt Henry this question and he stated it is a backup bridge with full redundancy. He said that the ships are built for a "safe return to port" under pretty much any circumstances. It is not roomy, pretty much just the Capt and one other person.
