I am going to fall woefully short this month. Today was the first day in a week that I could do any kind of activity due to being sick and on antibiotics that upset my stomach, as well as pain meds.

Today I did 20 mins elliptical and 45 minutes weight and core with my personal trainer, bringing me to 495/1200.
