Very sad to hear about the comforters being taken away. They added to the theming if the rooms. I'll be back in January. Loved what they did with the renos, rooms look great. Now maybe not so much.

Hess it's not easy to take groceries from Hess and walk to get the bus or boat back to POFQ.
We pack stuff easily transported in our luggage on the trips we fly directly into MCO like instant oatmeal, granola bars, bags of bagels and go to resort shop to supplement & pick up cream cheese, juice, etc. I pack a filter water bottle like Brita or Bobble so don't need bottled water or use Mio to add to the water!

Thanks. We have used garden grocer in the past, but we won't be purchasing 40$ worth of groceries. I appreciate the feedback. We will figure out something, thanks again all!

I don't eat onions-they squelch when you bite into them
I don't eat raisins-they look like dried up bugs
Can we say food issues?

Walk to the Hess from Boardwalk area (bus to DHS and then a boat to BWI) then call a taxi back to PO.

That way you only pay for one way of the trip.

From POFQ I'd suggest the Hess at Downtown Disney, take the ferry boat there and back from the resort (or get a taxi back if your purchases are too heavy).

Didn't even think of that one, not even sure I knew there was one there.

Yeah, there's a Hess station just opposite Planet Hollywood. Might be a bit of extra walking at the moment as so much of that part of DTD is closed for the Disney Springs project (including the Pleasure Island water taxi dock).

Just returned from POFQ! It was our first time there and I have a new favorite! We loved how quiet it was and I just always wanted to be outside walking around! No purple bedspreads but the top white sheet over the blanket almost looks like a duvet cover-it's a bit thicker and has a subtle striped pattern on it.

Aw, I'm sad about the bedspreads too! I actually slept under mine as well - guess I'll be asking for an extra blanket this Feb! I like the room a little chilly and to be snuggled under the covers!

Connecting Rooms

Hello everyone!

Does anyone know if POFQ has a good number of connecting rooms? We are booking standard rooms and would love to be in #4, but have n idea if there even connecting rooms there at all.

Thank you!!

Every building has some connecting rooms. How many, I don't know. If connecting rooms is the most important request, I would list it first.

Yes, about 50% of the rooms have connecting doors.
