Our 23dd and 15ds will be with us. Will they enjoy this pool or is it more geared to younger kids??

Thanks
The slide seems more geared to younger kids but you can walk up to use the pools at POR if they don't like it.

My kids love the cinnamon bun they have, and looking at the snack list on this board, I saw it there. You could also pick up a bigger milk thing ( like a 1/2 gallon) in the general store there to keep in your room, although not as cheap as milk from a grocery store, it's cheaper than getting the little individuals in the food court.

Is there a general store at POFQ? I'm only seeing one at POR but hope I am wrong.

Yes. There is a store at every Disney resort.

Thank you! I saw there is Jackson Gifts but didn't know if it would carry something like milk, but reading more it sounds like it does, yay! Love this forum and the whole portorleans.org website!

Jacksons carries all the items you will find at the Disney resorts general stores plus other DIsney merchandise.

Are the rooms near the pool noisy like at other resorts? For example: If i do not request a pool view room will i be assigned a room near it?

Sounds like a good plan, thanks!!

It takes about 10 - 15 minutes from food court to food court depending on your pace. We prefer to take the boat back and forth whenever possible.

We were in building 5, last room facing the pool on ground floor and down by the river, never heard a thing from the pool or the river or the connecting room despite it being noisy as you came out of the room.

Pretty excited just switched my reservation for CBR to POFQ! Just a quick trip 7/31-8/4 so that we can experience the Frozen happenings at DHS. I sure love being a passholder!! Makes those spur of the moment trips possible!!!

While I know it changes frequently, does anyone know what the recent magical express stops are coming from the airport to POFQ? What resorts share with us and what number stop is it? Thanks!
