Exclusions?

Looking at booking Disney wonder cruise for late next year west carribean.
What are the extras you need to pay for?
I have never been on a cruise before and know next to nothing about them so sorry if its a silly question
I know excursions aren't included in price but what else?
Is all food and drink? And snacks etc? What about any shows?
Thankyou

Almost everything is included. Here's what's NOT included:

Flounders nursery ($6/hr aged 3 and under, but kids clubs are free over 3)
Alcoholic beverages
Bingo
Palo's and Remy's (slight up charge for these)
On board excursions (wine/cheese tasting, Spa packages, etc)
Shore excursions
Shutters photos
Tips (though they can be prepaid)
Movie theater snacks(free stuff can be picked up from other locations on the ship though)
The latte bar is not free (can't remember name, but it's like Starbucks)

All the shows are included. All meals in the MDR's and eateries on the pool deck are free. All nonalcoholic beverages are free (unless you purchase them from the bar, then you have to pay) room service is free just have to include tip for delivery.

Hopefully if I missed anything someone else will fill in but I think that covers most if not all of it.

What TeamH5 said is correct. The latte or coffee bar is called Cove Cafe.
