Poly or BC? Other?

Can't decide!!! Any input is appreciated. We spend most of our trips in the Epcot area but are considering other resorts regardless of distance.

BC by a mile. I know people rave about it, but Poly seems like an outdated dump.

Wow. Don't think I've ever heard of the Poly referred to that way.

I'll be at the Poly next week for my 4th visit.

We are going to be doing a split stay between the both of them this august!

There's a lot of construction about to happen at the Poly, so I'd see if that would affect you at all during your stay. Google the Tikiman and check out his page!

When are you going? The trip in your signature? Normally I would vote Poly but there is so much construction right now. If you are going before late July, at least the main pool will still be available. We love YC too (BC to a lesser extent) and that would be my choice until stuff settles down at the Poly.

I was booked at Polynesian for March 22. After reading Tikiman's reports about the GCH construction I switched to BC.

I would say the Poly in a heartbeat, but with all of the construction going on, the Beach Club would win out.

Those were two that we were deciding between but with the construction, the BC won.

The BC makes the most sense since you plan to spend most of your time in the Epcot area. I like it much better that the Poly.

We decided on the BC, DD is graduating HS this year and it was her first choice, so we decided to go for that.

I voted BC. I would normally prefer the Poly but with all the construction there I am avoiding it until it is completed.

I think you made a good choice as the BC is a nice resort. The Poly is our favorite, but if you will be spending most of your time at Epcot and DHS, an Epcot resort is the better choice, IMO, and since BC is your DD's first choice, it's a win-win. Have a great trip .

And that's your opinion. Personally, my family loves the Poly. We've always had a great experience there. I love being on the monora and being walking distance to TTC. The atmosphere is really relaxed and scenery is lush and beautiful.

I've stayed at both and BC is the best. You can't beat the SAB. The only way I would consider the Poly would be if I wanted to spend all my time at MK and even then I'd got to the Contemporary. The Poly was nice but you can't beat the BC for the pool, atmosphere and close proximity to Epcot.

Hey Erika, when will you be there this month? We're at BC for a super short anniversary trip, one day we WILL meet up!
