Original OP here. I ended up switching to the Feb 2, fantasy cruise. With the 25% discount and if they pay our airfare fees we are ahead by about $200. But our cruise is 2 days shorter (we were booked on a B2B) so definitely not a win. I could have booked on the same B2B starting on Jan 29th for about the same as our original cost but DS would have missed an additional 2 days of school and it was just too much. Plus our cabins were gone so we would have lost out on the advantage of not having to pack up in the middle of our cruise.

All in all this stinks. I actually wanted to go on the Wonder not the Fantasy. We were really looking forward to Key West. On our previous cruise we were across the hall from my parents, on the new cruise we aren't even on the same deck. The list goes on. I am really disappointed in the 25% offered. It may sound like a good offer but the prices of the cruises have increased to the point that the discount just covers the difference in price. We now have to book a cruise we may not want (otherwise we would have booked it in the first place) or cancel and lose out on any compensation we might have gotten for our flights.

How disappointing! I hope it all works out for you and you can all have an enjoyable trip.

So sorry! I know it has to be frustrating with this little of notice. Hope you have a great time though!

The 1/20 and 1/24 Magic have some great fares that might be worth looking into....
