I have never read the cruise contract in its entirety, and after reading this thread I don't think I want to. Maybe the old saying is true " ignorance is bliss". By the way, if it saves my life, I'd gladly give up my luggage.

We don't stay ashore!!! Love our cruises. The contract is interesting, though. A fun read if you don't take it too seriously. I mean, they specifically disclaim the ship is seaworthy? Whatever.
