Curious of value of Fort Wilderness Poster

Just bought this Disney World Fort Wilderness Campground Resort poster at a thrift shop.

It feels a bit waxy, and seems quite old. Can't find a lot of info online. Any help would be great.

It looks pretty big. Note it is standing (propped up) against a full-size stove. It looks almost a foot longer than a normal kitchen counter top.

I would say, based on the fact that:

1) it says "now open"; and

2) it is advertising the Train;

It is probably from the early '70s. My guess would be maybe a travel agency poster (since it says "reservations available here".

It looks pretty cool.
