Wow, the details are so amazing all over!! I love the bathroom! Why are starry ceilings above all bath tubs not a thing? So gorgeous! Did they mention how often someone gets to stay in there these days? It just seems like so much less than it used to be to me!

THAT. SUITE. IS. AMAZING.

Seriously, the bathrooms!??! WHAT EVEN!! I seriously would actually cry if I got the chance to tour it, much less stay in it, like, why isn't that a thing, like, I AM DYING. I HAVE DIED. I AM DEAD.

I need to see it…

But really, the detailing and everything is so gorgeous, amazing, beautiful and perfect! Thank you for remembering to take so many photos to share with us, I think I'd be freaking out too much to even think of something like that.

These updates were amazing and I'm so happy you & Em got to be one of few who got to see inside of there! It's awesome!!
Hi Katt! Oh I know where you've been! Do you live in Disney? I've been following on FB.

Thanks! It was all those adjectives and more! truly awesome!

That's a great frame of reference - one that we all get since there's so many Rapunzel bathroom fans!

Awww Maddie would love that tub.

Thanks for reading Shannon!

Thank you for the best tour ever of the dream suite. Simply amazing even in pictures, so I can only imagine how spectacular it is in real life.

And, yes, I will be missing you in May by just a few days. I arrive on the 11th. Boo!
Ha ha ha!! Yep, pretty much!

Thanks Mary Ellen, it was such a wonderful experience.

Bummer that we are not staying a few days longer in May. I may see you in October though.... I'm trying to hang out with Camille during that time so we shall see!

Brenda, I usually don't get overly excited about bathrooms unless I've had a gallon of water, it's occupied, and I'm dancing in place to avoid a catastrophic event from taking place. However, that bathroom was very impressive; I could have passed on the thought of seeing Tom Cruise on the "throne." I'm sure it would have been a sight my eyes would never have recovered from.

Again, thank you so much for the tour!!! It was AAAAHHHHMAZING!

You know, my bathroom is truly in need of some restoration!! I loved the sinks. I love the ones in the Sanaa bathroom as well. Maybe Disney would like to have a new show.....instead of Disney My Backyard it could be Disneyfy my "incredibly small and ugly" bathroom! I think it could be a great hit!

Loved the updates.

Seriously. That tub...heaven. I could imagine myself taking a nice hot bath, rose petals all around me, reading a book about Walt, looking up at the ceiling every once in a while to take a peek at the glittering stars above me and stay there for HOURS.

What an amazing hour long tour you got to take of the DS. Truly blessed!

Thank you very much Jillian! Your kind comments are appreciated.

If you visited in August, I wonder if we really were the next family to stay after you visit! If so, those were our H2O products in your pictures. That was nice they gave you a key as a keepsake!
Can't wait to read about the rest of your trip. I can't imagine 14 nights. How wonderful!
Thanks for the reminder Kristy. I looked back at my photos and I do see a green light in the tub. Yeah, even those celebrities had to have used the facilities.

I should have asked for some of those H2O products as a souvenir. But then again, those could have been yours....

It was nice to have the keys as a keepsake but it would have been even better to have had our names on them!

Thanks! I'm glad you are enjoying reading along.

I loved how you ended your time there by sitting on a bench outside of the castle admiring it. Your heads were probably spinning by then. Especially thinking of Tom sitting on the throne!

Again, great report.
Thank you Chris! I was glad that Em was with me and that we were able to share that special tour.

Ha ha! Some images just don't vacate your mind!

I love love love that spa tub! Talk about the most magical bubble bath of all time. Those mosiac tiles are absolutely gorgeous, especially when they are lit up pink and blue.

Thank you for sharing your photographs and detailing the tour so nicely. It was so wonderful seeing all the details of the DS.
I wish I had asked how many people stay in the suite a year versus get these types of tours. I'm interested in the people that actually stay there - and not the celebrities.

Bubbles, lights, and magic... sounds like a great way to bathe.

Thanks for continuing to read Alicia.

Second, congrats on having the #10 thread for 2013 - well deserved!

Thirdly, that was a wonderful tour of the DS - you did such a great job noting the details and capturing the experience.

That bathroom is amazing!

The only thing I was kind of taken aback by was the fact that the suite had 2 beds. I mean, it makes sense so they can sleep more people in the suite, but it kinda took away from it being specifically Cinderella's suite ... unless there is trouble in happily-ever-after and she and the prince are sleeping in separate bed
Thank you Phil - on all accounts!

You raise a good point but even in the 1950's Ricky and Lucy had separate beds. Maybe it was just the proper thing to do in the those days.

Isn't that the best little bit of magic in the bathroom? My reference is for the twinkly lights, not Tom.

Oh Camille, thank you! I would have pinched Em too but I don't think she would have appreciated it. We did have that moment when we first heard.

Ps I'm at the Beach Club Villas right now. Thank you so much for recommending this resort. My family is loving every second of it! Of course it helps that my parents were upgraded from a studio villa to a 2 bedroom villa and we decided to move in with them. :-)

Sent from my iPad using DISBoards
Howdy Jill! I hope you are enjoying the BC! Yes, I'm jealous! That's quite the upgrade! If it was my parents I'd crash their vacation.

Is it too cold for SAB? Enjoy your stay!

Hi Kimmy! Aren't the details incredible?

Our tour guide told us that the DS is occupied a few times a month.

I'm glad that you are still reading along even if I threw in one too many Tom Cruise images.

My apologies for falling so far behind Brenda!

I loved that final part of the tour - how gorgeous is that throne room!!! Love it! I've always loved the night/starry sky when they have it in some of the dark rides - they do it so fabulously... I love that they thought to put it over the tub, as well.

Can't believe you left a bag behind, LOL...

No worries!

That's a great connection. It's rather like having the "fireworks" at the end of the Gran Fiesta Tour in the bathroom.

We should have really left the bag as an excuse to go back; however, it probably wasn't a good idea to risk it.

Just had my cortisone injection today, so hopefully things calm down to allow me a really great run! Haha you are running 10 miles more per week than most! I always say your faster than the person sitting on the couch!
Wow! That's a great run despite being side lined for a period of time. Sounds like you are gearing up for another great run. I'd love to know how you did... or if your write a TR?? In any event, you'll be IN DISNEY very shortly!
