VIP tours

So there was all that hooplah about people 'renting' tour guides with disabilities for Disney trips... it seems that the exact same thing could be accomplished much more legitimately with the VIP tours offered through disney. If you are truly a 1%'er, the $325 or so/hr shouldn't be a deterent https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/ev...tour-services/

This tip has been given to my husband and I by several wealthy friends (we nod in gratitude and then laugh at the notion that we would ever pay that... I cook meals in our villa and buy souvenirs at home to save for the trip )

True... but the snarky 1%ers who got it for less were delighted in cheating the system. It wasn't just about cost.

How much do you suppose the guide makes out of a $2,500 VIP day? $100?
Now that's shocking. The tips should exceed the salary by a mile.

This is nothing new. Getting the most expensive VIP Tours will allow you to pass most lines and get your VIP seating for all shows. In Disneyland they can even get you a dinner at Club 33 on a slow day.

Money CAN buy you nearly everything.

I am not sure I would compare a legitimate tour guide to someone exploiting their disability.
