I am so glad I get my walks/workouts completed in the morning! This working really cuts into my days and nights are spent just keeping up with life! The kinders start school on Tuesday and we've been warned this special ed class will be a toughy! Good thing little kids are so stinkin' cute!

21k training on the treadmill again today with some extra at the end. I had a total of 8.55 miles in 100 minutes.

I really slacked off last week. So much preparation to get my boyfriend ready to leave for his first week of training in Harrisburg. Time got away from me. I am happy that I did a decent amount of walking on Friday night when we went out in the city and then again on Saturday night when we went to our town's annual "bike night". 15,000 motorcycles taking up about a mile stretch of road!

excited to get back into the real swing of things after work today.

Had a medical thing pop up so I took a few days off.

today - 23 minutes strength & stretch took it easy to ease back into the swing of things.
