Supercalifragilistic Breakfast or tea party lunch?

I cannot decide which one to go to at 1900 park fare. It will be just my daughter (almost 6) and I. If anyone has a recommendation it would help a ton! Thank you

If its the wonderland tea party at 1900 park fare, you drop off the kids and pick them up when its done. Dd loves this tea party and has done it twice. She cracks up if you mention the Mad Hatter, he must have left quite an impression!

Alice's Tea Party is sooo charming and the girls have so much fun. Craziness and fun.

Bumping

I wanted to ask a few questions about this also...

We have the breakfast booked, but thought my DD11 may enjoy the tea party instead of dragging the whole family to an overpriced breakfast. Do you think she would be too old for this?

Does anyone have any pics?

Tea Party

My son did the Tea Party two years ago and he is still talking about it. He is now in 1st grade and brought a picture from the tea party to school today for "show and tell".
The only problem with the tea party is it is right in the middle of the day. I left the rest of my family to take him to the party.
I'm glad we did it but not sure if I would do it again. Maybe once all my kids are old enough to attend.

The timing is perfect for us b/c the babies would be taking their nap and DD could head to the tea party...but alas, she is too old. I wonder if I could book it anyways...

We have done both. My dds (8,6) loved the tea party. And, we really enjoyed relaxing without them for an hour. They did not serve any real food - cupcakes and juice - so I am glad we fed them before they went. As for the age, my 8 year old is 55 inches, and there were a few girls there taller than her. Still, they could have been in the age range. It may depend on what time of year you are going and how many reservations are made.

Quite the opposite. We had a wonderful experience at the Breakfast. Our girls are 13 and 11, and both enjoyed the character interaction there, and the food was wonderful. Well worth the time!!! Our whole family, DH included, enjoyed the food. We will eat there again, but this upcoming trip, we are eating at Tusker House I think, but if we vote against it, we'll eat at 1900 Park Faire.

The breakfast is on par with other Disney character/ buffet breakfasts. They had the strawberry soup on the menu, which is a favorite of DW. As for characters, they had Mary Poppins, Tigger, Pooh, Alice and Mad Hatter. Alice and Mad Hatter were visiting tables together and really interacted well with each other and the dining guests - a very good show. We were done eating and had to wait for Alice and Mad Hatter as they were taking their time with the tables. Pooh and Tigger came by a few times. Wth the tea party, it is no parents allowed - just CMs, 15 children, and Alice and Mad Hatter. The tea party was more of a fun children's hour whereas Park Fare was a typical character breakfast. My girls (8,6) liked the tea party because it was something special just for them.

Bumping this up!

My girls are 10 and 6. We have the supercalifragilistic breakfast scheduled now, but I am wondering if it makes sense to do this instead. We are also doing crystal palace breakfast, where we will see the Winnie the pooh characters, so we don't need to see them again. Also, we have buffet breakfasts planned at Tusker House as well as CP so this would be our third buffet character breakfast.

I am wondering if this would be appropriate for my 10 year old or if it is more geared toward young children.

Any thoughts? We would be doing this on the afternoon of our MVMCP. Thanks!!
