Just returned from a magical trip with our three DDs, 10, 7, and turning 5 while we were there. I must say 9 days of DxDP did not disappoint! When the dust settles I'll be posting a trip report, but early morning breakfast, late dinner, and putting all of our snack credits to use was AMAZING! We had a rental car, so travel wasn't an issue, and our kids are late night eaters normally, so that also helped! I'm already dying to get back! We'll probably never go again without DxDP!

A few highlights...
Earl of Sandwich (oop)
Citricos (dinner)
Be Our Guest (dinner)
Yachtsman steakhouse (dinner)
Via Napoli (lunch)
1900 Park and Fare (dinner)
'Ohana (dinner)
CRT (breakfast)

Our other meals included
CRT (dinner)
'Ohana (breakfast)
Chef Mickey (breakfast)
Tusker House (breakfast)
1900 Park and Fare (breakfast)
Crystal Palace (breakfast)
Akershus (breakfast)
Cape May Cafe (breakfast)
Raglan Rd (dinner)
Les Chefs de France (lunch)
Boma (dinner)
Sci-Fi (lunchtime snacks oop)

Surprisingly, Narcoossees was the only meal we didn't LOVE, but I would say most of that was due to poor service.

We honestly didn't have a bad meal! Some were amazing, but every meal we left with good things to say! We were all very pleased, and agreed that we would've never survived nine days of quick service.

Glad you enjoyed it! We enjoy doing the DxDP because, well, when we're at home in the zone at work, we sometimes don't get to eat lunch because of our busy schedules. We enjoy all the character meals as well.

Glad to hear that you had a great trip! You ate at a lot of our favorites, so I hope to catch your trip report.

We used to love the dxdp, but then we became AP holders and the TIW worked out much better for us. It's really a great deal if eat at a lot of signatures and your kids are under 10. It's not so great if you have kids in the 10-13 range that still eat like kids. I'm glad you enjoyed your trip.

We won't make it down twice a year, otherwise I would TOTALLY love an AP and take advantage of TIW. But, thankfully, we have a five foot tall, stick skinny 10 yr old swimmer who eats as much as her father! Lol, she ate her weight at 'Ohana for our first dinner,,I should've recorded her as proof because I think literally ate her 85lbs body's worth of food. Then the next night she had a bowl of lobster bisque, and destroyed the whole 8oz fillet at Yachtsman, while 5"10', 165lbs daddy finished off the 28 oz porterhouse!!! MUST BE NICE!!! They would've had to bring in a wheelchair for me if I ate a 28oz steak!

I can't wait to read your TR . We too don't go to Disney without having the DxDP. Yes it is a lot of food, but we too eat at lots of Character meals and DH and I love the Signatures. You went to a lot of great restaurants that we like to go to also. Glad you had a great time.

excellent

ditto! we were on the DXDP for 13 day, lol
Ridiculous but we ate like kings and queens and had a lot of fun doing so.
we go every 2-3 years so we are not park commandos by any means and we enjoy sitting down as a family in September's heat to eat

We go for free dining and upgrade to the DXDP...
we calculated 5 adults last year..if we had paid OOP for all the places we ate and snacks we ate (and took home) the cost for food alone would of been $5600.00 Ridiculous right???

Keep in mind, we ate signature every night and TS for lunches
