Six Flags St. Louis

Does anyone have any experience with this park? We live 4 hours away and just bought Gold season passes. I'm having trouble finding very much detailed information about the park.

What are the restaurant options like? Are there any sit down?
How busy should I expect it to be? Going next Sat. the 3rd.
What is the early entry they talk about as being a perk of the season pass?
Is the water park extra? Is it included?
Has anyone done any of the tours? Does anyone know the difference between the two different ones offered?

The website is great for generalities but a horrible source of detailed information. I'd really appreciate any advice.

Thanks.

I have not been there in awhile however I know the water park is included.

Not sure about the "busy aspect". Have not done any tours.

Food is expensive, I will give you that. Not unheard of for people to pack a picnic lunch, just saying.

I really should know more since I live in the same town, but I just do not go there.

Water park is included, but I'm not sure when it opens. It's been a bit cool here so if you're going next Saturday, it might be too cool to swim.

Food is definitely on the expensive side.

Never done any tours.

As my kiddo puts it, "Mom, when you've been to Disney, Six Flags is just an also ran...."

It has good roller coasters, but my kid is not a coaster kind of guy, so we don't go there very often.

We do like the water park though.

Early entry is only 10 minutes and the rides don't open early. It's basically just to beat the opening rush and be one of the first in line for a ride that you want to go to first.
