Thank you so much for the information . We have a favorite waiter too at CG that I was going to email to see if he knew of any information about when they will start taking reservations....I wonder if it is the same waiter . We will be there in October, now I am going to have to look at our dining plans and see where we can fit it in.

Here is some info from wdwmagic.

I love that both Observation Decks will be open-that will make for some great IllumiNations views.

What would be the best time for dinner in early February??

Would 8pm be good? We still want to see a great view while it's light out, while also being there a reasonable time to see the fireworks.

Can't wait to see the new menu!!!!!!

I have never been to the California grill but want to take my mom when we're there in November for her birthday. I want to confirm that even if you have dinner earlier in the evening you can come back and watch the fireworks. My kids are 7&8 so they won't be happy with eating there too late and the fireworks are scheduled at 9 o'clock that night. thank you!

I am looking forward to eating here for the first time in October. Is this a start off your vacation right kind of meal, or more of a wrap it up with a bang? I am thinking this is the perfect place to celebrate my DD18's 19th birthday. She loves good sushi.
