Let me rephrase the question--if I am the lead planner of my three rooms that I have coordinated, can I book them all under my reservation number, or does each room have to be booked separately?

OK, riddle me this...

I was able to secure a BoG lunch for 7/23, so that's great. I wanted to try and get another one on our last day, 7/30. We are in WDW 7/22-30. However, when I log into the BoG lunch site, the only dates that I am offered are 7/22-28. Any idea why the last 2 days of our trip are not offered to me?

Because for whatever reason it only gives 7 days, no matter how long the trip is

We had a wonderful time, but did have our moments!

Pretty much down to my hips on one side, but nice and perky on the other

OK, I just booked one for our arrival day.

It's only giving me two options: the time we arrive at MCO and half an hour later... both impossible.

I booked the 2nd, hoping I could then modify it into something later, but there's nothing later than 12:30 showing up.

Could they be all booked up, or am I missing a step?

I'm honestly hoping to try again in a day or two, to change it to a bit later in our trip.

If you don't like the time choices, try clicking the refresh button on your browser. It should bring up different time selections. I had to refresh several times before I got the time I wanted.

Thank you so much!!! It worked like a charm.

I'm still hoping to bump it back a few days; I'll try as the days open up.

I appreciate your help!

each room needs to be booked separately using that room's resort reservation number. My sister gave me her disneystore.com log in and password and I was able to make BOG FP+ for her family too. I used 2 different browsers so no issued doing them at the same time. we got overlapping times for lunch

test is set up so you can only make FP+ for the first 7 days of your trip and just one FP+. People have posted that starting the day after they used the first FP+ they were able to make a second one. Try making another one on 7/24 and the 30th may be available to you then.

Is this one of those things where you need to be logging in at midnight on the 28 days prior or is it not going as fast as that yet?

donp, If you are booking your FP for your rides, as long as they are all linked on your MDE, you can book those all together BUT it is not the same for the BOG FP. Each reservation has to be booked separately.

To make your BOG FP,
  • make sure you have the 12 digit reservation # for each reservation,
  • log in separately with each reservation # and build the BOG PF account in advance (you will have to use separate email addresses). Do this now so you are ready.
  • When you are ready to book your BOG FP you will need to log in individually into each account and try and get ressies that overlap.
  • I would book the reservation with the most people first, find a time on your date that works best for you and secure it, then log into the next one. If you don't get overlapping times, refresh your screen until you get times that overlap.

I hope this makes sense
