Citrico's help

I know Citricos has an open kitchen, but was wondering if it's really loud there? Is it a large place or on the smaller side? TIA

I have dined here maybe a half dozen times and it's always been extremely quiet. It's a decent sized restaurant.

And maybe I'm not very observant but I've never noticed a full open kitchen.

Thanks - I thought I read somewhere it was an open kitchen, but I may be confusing it with another. Just hoping for a reasonable chance at a quiet meal.

Hi, The deeper you go into Citricos the quieter it will be,so if you ask for a table in the back of the restaurant where the windows are you should have a quiet dinner . Joan

Much of Citricos is a long, rather narrow dining room with the bar and open kitchen to your left as you enter the restaurant. We were seated opposite the open kitchen, but didn't find feel it was noisy.

About half way down the page in post #10 of this GF thread are photos of the restaurants including Citricos:

When we were there in May, it was extremely loud in the back room. Could also be because there was a small wedding reception going on.

If you're looking for a quiet dinner, i'd suggest Narcoossee's over Citrico's.

If you seated near the open kitchen it will add to the noise of the restaurant. Like any venue, it all depends on who else is dining there with you. The time I went it was noisy because they were running far behind schedule and there were lots of cranky kids and adults.
