Pop Century is getting cooler!

Just left Pop Century after a long weekend stay (got to try out the Magic Bands..... AWESOME!!! ) and as we left Sunday they were starting to install the new refrigerators in the 50's area. Just thought i would give a heads up for those heading that way.

Great news, thanks for sharing. A fridge is a must for us with DS's food allergies and restrictions. We aren't there for 3 months but when they said "at least" four months to replace I got nervous.

I remember the "Dark Ages" when Values did not have fridges-how did we ever survive!

I am staying at POP in October so thanks for the GROOVY fridge news!

Great news!! I like staying in the 60's due to access to AoA (and another option for a food court) but a fridge my lead me to request a room in the 50's. We'll see where things are at when we check in in 3 more days! I'm guessing they'll move through the resort pretty quickly.

Thanks for the 'cool' update!!

A fridge would be a welcome surprise!

YAY...thanks for sharing the news. We love having a fridge in the room and hated the thought of having to bring our cooler or small travel fridge.

That photo made my heart skip a beat! Arrive in 29 days with a request for 50's! Hopefully that section is complete, I don't want to have to haul my mini-fridge like the old days, I'm getting to old for that

Yay! We're going in October. We don't need a fridge but I'd like to gave one to keep water cold and any leftovers from the day.

Oh man - that is some top notch sleuthing and reporting on the fridges. That photo is awesome. That is a perfect example of why this board is so great! Fingers crossed 60's will have them when I check in. We have hit the 31 day mark. Woot woot!!
