4 days on Dream!!! Too short?

We are cruising September 1 on the Dream. We have always taken 7 night cruises. How am I going to cram everything in? What are things that can not be missed? We have been to Nassau so many times, we are going to stay on board to enjoy the ship. Thanks!!

We stayed on the ship at Nassau when we did the Dream last December, and I think a lot of cruisers had the same idea. 4 days is short, but we combined it with a couple of days in Orlando to stretch it out, although having to unpack, repack, unpack takes away a bit of the fun.

On the other hand, 4 days sure beats no days!

I only ever did 7 day cruises too. Our only DCL so far was a 3 day with one WDW day tacked on first. It was an incredible experience! All I can say is other cruise lines WISH they had 3&4 days like this! It was a bit busy so we have booked 4 day next to get a sea day in. (We love Nassau do much, we can't bear to stay on the ship!) We will add a few relaxed park days prior. Its an incredible trip.

The Other cruise lines just have sea days with trivia and belly flop contests. 7 days of mediocrity is still just mediocre. 3-4 days of wahoo,!!! Means your time off is better used, less doggy boarding (unless like us u add several park days in which case its a perfectly awesome week without mediocrity and wasted time spent in buffet lines etc.)

My trip log for four days is over 20 fully typed pages regular font! I wouldn't even question it! If you can do longer, that's good, but if 3-4 is all you can do, its still really really awesome!

Yes, it will be too short, but we are going to do it anyway. Did the 7 day in May and thought a Christmas cruise would be fun, but couldn't afford another 7 day. Since we were just on the Fantasy, we likely won't feel the need to see and do everything the Dream has to offer since they are so similar. We intend to just focus on the Christmas activities and we will also stay onboard in Nassau. We chose the 4 day just for the sea day, thinking the 3 night really would be too short to enjoy.

Honestly it is shorter then your used to but it's still good! We had only taken 7 night cruises before our 4 night cruise and it was still great!

Doing the parks before & after will make a big difference. We've done this with all of our 4 & 7 day cruises & it really helps to lengthen the vacation experience.
