Emotional week for me - while Fig was sending her baby to K, I was delivering my two babies to college. One going 5 hours north, the other 3 hrs west. You know they're ready to go, but your heart squeezes and cries for them to stay....ugh.

A couple of runs and walks with the pooch bring me to 969/1100
