Yesterday Zumba 60 mins

Today 120 minutes walking half at 4mph and half at 2mph that last hour was a stroll

Achy legs, so I took a couple days off. Ran today and I FELL! Duh.... skinned knee, but what I'm a bit concerned with is the pain that's running in the tendon/ligament/muscle/whatever along the outer edge of my knee. We'll see how it feels in the morning.

I am TOTALLY impressed with those of you who are spending hours running in the rain. You are more dedicated than I think I will ever be...
