Ran/walked 5.5 miles yesterday morning - my longest distance at one time to date. Need to be twice that in 4 months (doing a New Years Eve half). I can't wait til August temps are just a memory

735/2000 (60 min of spin both yesterday and today).

I bought a fitbit flex the other day and am loving tracking steps (but too hard to figure out the time for that since its pretty much throughout the whole day, but it adds the calories you burn to your daily total so its cool).

Today I did bridge to 10k and ran for 65 minutes straight. Felt good to be able to do it after all the time off for vacation. With some extra cool down time, I had a total of 7.7 miles in 95 minutes.

Adding 79 mins long run. I did the prescribed distance and then added some "magic miles" (if you're using the Galloway training plans, you know what I mean) except I just called them "push" miles and tried to see what it felt like to run a "race pace." Definitely helped break up the long run a little bit.

Also used sport beans today, loved them! Except it's hard to eat them while running and not choke yourself, haha.
