YES!!!!! That is exactly what happened to me, so I used another email address and password and I was able to get a time for BOG BUT...now I can't log back in to take a screen shot or change my options or anything. I am getting the same error message again on the new email and password.

Awesome! That is good to hear. I was thinking that it was all ready for you and sitting at a table that they tell you to sit at, sort of like the way lunch works on KttK. It's good to know that we can order now and change when we get there. Thank you.

I actually just thought of another question... is 1:35-1:50 the latest time they offer? I wouldn't mind having a time later, even though I am sure there isn't much of a line at the time we got as it is.

Bummer! I just tried logging in to see mine again, and it worked. I just took a screen shot of it just in case I run into the same issue that you are having. Sorry I can't be of more help!

I am taking my 80 year old mom down the last week of Oct. We have separate rooms so 2 reservation numbers. I get the error message but can book her a FP time. Trouble is, it is only for 1 guest. Hoping they will let me eat with her.

What is the latest reservation date wise that we have seen, I can log in and see my December dates but see "no fast passes available for this date"

Same problem here.

We have two adults and three grandkids. After the login for both my wife and myself (and after entering the Reservation Number), I get the "Guest Already Registered" screen.

I tried logging in for one the grandkids but got the "Thank you for participating. Please try again later" screen.

Guess I will call tomorrow to see if they can fix this for me.

AFAIK it is 60 days out so at this point it is still late November.

Does anyone have a phone number for system problems? My account is linked to my reservation, but it's showing a party of 9 instead of 5 (most of us are duplicated - I had two reservations that got combined). They said I would have to check with concierge service at the hotel.

I'm afraid of trying to make a reservation for too many people and not getting in.

We check in 11/23 and I haven't been able to get it yet. I've only seen people up to 11/22 be able to.

I've seen the following three numbers mentioned in various DisBoard threads for Disney IT:

939-7765
939-3471
939-7849

I plan to try one of these tomorrow.

Ahhh, that's good to know. I knew I was within 60 days (looking at 11/24), but it says that nothing is available. I wonder if they'll open up those dates or block them out since it's Thanksgiving week?

So now that we have ordered our food when we get there where do we go to check in and get our food?

Also if anyone is back and they preordered their food how long did it take? And how did it go?

Resort Reservation # no longer needed?

The other day when I logged into this, it asked for my resort reservation #, but now it just has me log in with my user name/email and password (like on the WDW website). Is it that way for everybody?

yes, after you put in the resort ressie# it "remembers" who you are :-). I set up accounts for me and my sister a month ago and then just kept waiting and checking to see if it became available for October.
