I finally got it to work using a different email login but its only giving me oct 16-22 as options. Our resort reservation is oct 16-26. What the heck? That makes no sense. Oct 25 is the day I want. Figures.

Now I'm in and it says "select or replace your reservation" and a few other opinions but the only one I can actually select is "account" ahhhhhhhhhh

So I guess it does only give you the first 7 days. Darn it.

My brothers reservation is oct 19-26 so I'm trying to use that but I'm getting the error message about checking with the resort front desk or guest services or whatever it is. Created a new account and everything. So frustrating!

If anyone figures out how to get more days to choose from please post how! I wonder if you could call and get help booking a further out date, seeing this seems to be strictly an online booking. And since technically you were supposed to be "invited".......

I still don't see this. I only see the number with letters. Any ideas?

When i type in the reservation number, i get a screen asking me to create a password for my account... Is this correct? It's almost as if they are creating another disney account.

I am having this problem as well. We are 4 adults and 2 kids in 2 rooms. Both rooms have an account set up with MDE and I am the planner for both and can see all info on MDE. On the Be Our Guest site though I can only find one room. I keep getting the "Please ensure that the reservation ID..... " error message on the second set of info. If you find a solution, please post. Thanks!

Check out the URL. The very last string of numbers is your reservation number. It is not on the page but in the address. Hope it works!

I can't find it for one of our rooms either. Which Url? the online check in page doesn't end with a string of numbers for me.

Under MDE, look at the Resort reservation. If you have not PIF yet, there should be a like to "Make Payment". Something like this:

https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/re...XXXX/payments/

That will have your resort reservation number.

At first I had that problem. What worked was:

* Open a new window and go to disneyworld.com
* Login to My Disney Experience
* Go back to the BOG site
* Log in with your email/password you used for MDE
* It should then ask you for your resort reservation number (see above reply).

We are not checking in until Dec. 22. Obviously it does not let us select anything yet and probably won't for another month. However, I had two reservations that got combined. This system is now showing a party of 9 instead of a party of 5 (one res was for 4, the other for 5) - ie everyone is listed twice.
