1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
Strawberries and blueberries to equal 1 cup
Splenda packets to taste

Throw it all in the blender and go.

I've been drinking one of these every morning for breakfast. I'm interested to see what combos others are drinking, too.

I don't follow a recipe. I put a scoop of protein powder, unsweetened almond milk and frozen fruit in my bullet. I usually use a berry mix for the fruit but sometimes I switch it up with peaches or mango. If it isn't sweet enough I add agave or stevia.

I flash freeze fruit when it is really ripe - strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries. I also do one banana per bag and freeze also.

I add one small container plain or vanilla yogurt, frozen fruit based on what I feel up to - so it would be one banana (always one banana for thickness) 4-8 strawberries, a few blueberries, and a small amount of milk. (I use what we have whether almond milk, 1% etc).

I purchased chocolate zico coconut water this week and plan on trying two different versions. A chocolate strawberry banana and a chocolate peanut butter banana this week.

If anyone uses the zico water tell me your results. Do you add yogurt or skip it with Zico?

Would you say its high in calories?

I use one bananna, five froze strawberries, handful of blueberries, a pint of yogurt, handful of baby spinach, half an avocado, spoonfull of milled flaxseed, probably 1/4-1/2 cup of OJ, and about a cup of soy milk. Sometimes I add in a spoonful of honey.

I make it as a quick snack for me, wife, and DD in the evenings, weather it's low calorie I don't know but it has to be good for you.

Don't know about "low" sugar....I don't ADD any sugar to mine....just the fruit, and what's in it naturally.

My favorite is pineapple/raspberry. Using frozen versions of both, in equal parts, I process till fine. Add one -two scoops of dried non-fat milk (protein), and one cup of pineapple (or orange) juice. Add vanilla soymilk until it's the right consistancy. If I have a banana, that goes in after I process the frozen fruit. This makes enough for two LARGE smoothies.
