What color is your hair?

What color hair were you born with and what color is it now?

Have you been all colors of hair at some point in your life?

My hair is Brown and right now it is very Red and I like it Red. But before this Red I had it black for a year or so. And many many years ago I had it streaked Blonde. Didn't care for the Blonde or the natural Brown.

I was born with black hair... It went white blonde as a baby-around 5th grade than began darkening up. It's a hard color to describe. It looks very dark brown, but it's actually a really dark auburn. It really shows in natural light.

I love my natural color, but I have had highlights, red and black hair before.

Natural works the best for me.

Mine is a natural light brown. It was lighter as a child (probably out in the sun more) but it's a bit darker now. I dyed it once in college (to be "blonde"... eek), and don't plan to dye it again. Maybe when I'm completely grey I'll consider it but that seems like so much work!

I had very dark hair as a baby and still have it now. It's almost black but has lots of natural red highlights.

I was born w/ red hair, but it very quickly turned blonde.

As I grew, my hair went from strawberry to honey to ash blonde.

Naturally, my hair is still a dark ash blonde, but I have it colored & highlighted.

In the summer & spring, my stylist colors it a lighter blonde & highlights w/ some honey tones. Right now (for the fall), it's more of a honey blonde at the crown & around my face w/ some darker ash blonde streaks & an ash blonde base.

My hair is naturally red, and I have never dyed or highlighted it.

I was born with a full head of black hair. At some point it changed to very light blonde, and now it's a medium blonde. Never dyed my hair, I'm too much of a wimp!

I have absolutely no idea I have been coloring my hair since i was 17 years old in 1968. I was born blonde and became a mousey brown later on. I am sure I am mostly gray now, but who knows?

Mostly gray, with just a touch of dark brown left from the old days.

I can relate! I was born blonde and it went to a mousy brown. I started with sun in or peroxide to add some highlights when I was 13. By college, I was light blonde. My senior year, I got tired of it and went dark auburn. It was a burgundy color and I loved it.

Now I'm a reddish/gold color and really gray when roots come in. Most people think it's natural since I have fair skin & freckles.

Things are coming full circle because DD13 has beautiful dark brown hair w/red highlights & has been itching for an ombre color. I'm not sure I want her to do it but I love to change my hair color and can understand how she feels.
