SPD upgrade question

Does anyone remember the SPD promo from earlier this year and how they priced upgrades? With the 2014 PINS floating around, I'm assuming this will be the promo again in February. We are staying in a suite at AoA and would upgrade to DDP - unless it's cheaper just to go mod/deluxe with DDP included.

Did you get charged the child's price for DDP or did you get charged child's price for QDSP and then need to pay regular price to upgrade?

You'll get child's pricing for the QSDP and pay the adult differences in prices to upgrade.

Sorry - but do you mean I will pay the price to upgrade between adult QDSP and DDP (~$20/day) or the price to upgrade between child QDSP and adult DDP (~$40/day)?

Either way, it makes SPD much less of a deal when you're talking 3 adults and 2 kids...

You'll pay the cost difference between the adult QSDP and adult DDP ($20) for the upgrade. It's the same cost you'd pay to upgrade as free dining. Only difference between the two is you're paying child pricing for everyone for the QSDP versus getting it free.

If staying at a value the cost purchase the DDP will be approx $32.33 a night under the P/S/D promo

Child QS price $14.32
plus Adult price to upgrade from QS to TS $55.59-$37.58 = $18.01

Total dining plan price approx $33.89
