I don't remember if Mickey Waffles were on the platter at WCC, but it was a good meal.

I know you said you don't want a character meal, but 'Ohana does have Mickey Waffles since that seems to be your priority. They may also be available as part of the bounty platters at any of the QS locations at those resorts too.

Another suggestion

is Trails End at Fort Wilderness Campground. Wonderful breakfast buffet and much much less than 'Ohana, Chef Mickey's or 1900 Park Fare. It's 14.99 for adults

THE WAVE @ CR is our absolute favorite breakfast in all of WDW (I think the regular posters here already know that ...)...but they have a fantastic and reasonably priced buffet or you can order off the menu.

Everything is so incredibly fresh and if it isn't they will get you the fresh stuff- the grits here don't compare to anyone's anywhere-they are amazing and I never ate grits until we dined here when they first started the buffet! The biscuits are mad from scratch everyday...and it's never too busy or crazy! This is our must-do each trip which is easy because we go on an MK day...(it is a hidden gem and if I keep posting it one day it may not be )

...feel free to check out my review if you haven't already seen it...
