Holiday Foods or Treats for Christmas time?

Just curious does Disney have any special foods or treats they offer for the holiday season? We will be there November 2 - 9th.

We're there the same time. I'm curious about this too.

One of our favorites is the Gingerbread at the Grand Floridian. You have to go there!! The Gingerbread House is more a Gingerbread Mansion its gorgeous and the gingerbread is sold in different forms but our favorite is the roof shingle. You feel like Hansel & Gretel!! I think you could get chocolate covered gingerbread also. YUMMY!! And believe it or not Im usually not a big fan of Gingerbread. You hav to check out the displays at Beach Club, Boardwalk and Animal Kingdom Lodge also. We are also going at Christmas & can't wait!!!

We'll be there at the same time as well! I'm interested to see what people have to say. We went in December a few years back, but I don't remember anything special.
MK does give out cookies and cocoa for MVMCP!

Limited Time Magic is doing Christmas in July this week and the Food Blog has photos of some of the holiday foods that are being featured at both DW and DLR. I recognize some of the treats from previous years and I wouldn't be surprised if they return in November. There were also a variety of gingerbread treats and packaged Christmas candy. There were also cute holiday Mickey popcorn buckets.

Here's the link to the Disney Food Blog article:

They have Christmas mugs you can buy filled (or unfilled) with hot cocoa. I usually buy mine at DHS while I'm at the Osborne lights. It has become a tradition for me, I have quite a collection!!

Enjoy The Magic!!

Thanks for this. I had seen it before but decided to pre-order their Holiday Guide today
I suppose much of the information could be found for free on your own on the internet, but it's nice to have it all in one place. I got the 2012 version for free so I am looking through it now and can already see myself making must do lists for our first Christmas Holiday trip! So excited!!!

Do not really know what your short answers pertain to. While the OP asked some specific questions, don't know where your answers come into play.

BUT, to the original poster. YES, WDW does do special treats that have a Christmas theme to them during their Christmas season. If you have looked at the link, you will see some pictures of the items.

As well, most of the resorts 'dress up' for the holidays and do some fun things ie, grand Floridian and the gingerbread house.

However, I think you may be a little bit early for this. I went just after your week, and was just finding that they were getting ready. Magic Kingdom was all done up, as were the other parks, but the resorts were no where near finished. They were selling Christmas treats and merchandise though.

I love it at 'Christmas time'. It's the best time to go!!!
