MDE App Reservation glitch???

I've been looking to shift a few days around during our stay in Feb. In order to do that I needed to get a reasonable dinner ADR for 1900PF on Feb 6. I was checking on the MDE app this evening and was pleasantly surprised to see a ressie for 5:00pm on Feb 6. I clicked on the time to secure it and the system even went through the process of canceling the other reservation I already had in place for the same night. After going through this process the final screen confirmed the date and time ---and I made sure to double and triple check to make sure it was right, which it was. Now that I have my email confirmation it shows that the new ressie was booked for Feb 3. My MDE account page also shows for Feb 3...and I no longer have an ADR for Feb 6.

What gives???

Did you go back to check if the February 6th time was still available?

Just called customer service and there's nothing they could do for me. There were no times open to give me and that I'll need to "keep checking back." Fortunately, the ADR that got cancelled because of this was still open and I was able to rebook it.

This happened to my husband back in august. Booked HDDMR for 11/4 and it moved it to 11/5. He swore he double checked but figured maybe he did mess up. Cancelled, rebooked, same thing. This time he had printed confirmation and screen shots. Disney could do nothing. It was totally frustrating but there was nothing we could do about it. We eventually called and booked over the phone for our next choice day. MDE has not impressed me yet.
