I took up yoga last week and I LOVE how much it stretches me out, especially after a jog/walk. I'll do 35 minutes of jogging/walking and then when I get home, I'll stretch out with some yoga. On my days of no jogging, I'll do about 10-20 minutes of yoga just to stretch and clear my mind. I've noticed a difference in how well I feel for my jog the next day.
