And I was very wrong calling it a reformer class. Yes, we used the reformer, but we also used the chair, the cadillac and the tower. It was madness! The pilates studio looks like a medieval torture chamber and there were even more machines and things that we didnt use!

The last thing we did had me suspended upside down by my ankles on the cadillac. I was supposed to put my hands on the floor and push up and arch my back. I tried three times, I could not push up. It didn't hurt, my arms just wouldn't do it. It was like I was trying to move the entire floor not my body. It wasn't gonna happen. I couldnt help but start to laugh. Normally what she was asking would have been a piece of cake. I can do a handstand without even thinking about it! I was just whooped without realizing it. I suspect I will be in a lot of pain tomorrow, but in a good way.
Oh that's awesome. Cool that you got to use all of the apparatus.

I took up yoga last week and I LOVE how much it stretches me out, especially after a jog/walk. I'll do 35 minutes of jogging/walking and then when I get home, I'll stretch out with some yoga. On my days of no jogging, I'll do about 10-20 minutes of yoga just to stretch and clear my mind. I've noticed a difference in how well I feel for my jog the next day.
