Dinner on Epcot day

I have free QSDP so any TS I add will be out of pocket. I'm trying to decide between the following options on my Epcot day. One is QS the others table.
Tangeirine Cafe, The Biergarten, or going over to Cape May for the seafood buffet? Any thoughts would be appreciated.

What is the makeup of your party -- all adults or adults and children? What are the ages of your children?
Personally, I was disappointed in Biergarden. It wasn't really bad, but it didn't meet my expectations after reading all the rave reviews here. I won't hurry back.
I love Tangerine Cafe, but it is just another (delicious) QS meal. If you are looking for a special sit down dinner, this won't fill the bill.
We ate at Cape May 2 trips ago and enjoyed it very much. But since then they closed for renovations and when they re-opened the menu changed. Reports are that there aren't as many non seafood items. No more ribs, no Prime Rib, seafood chowder instead of clam chowder, etc.
Have you considered Via Napoli in Italy? It is a good restaurant and sharing pizza and salad when paying OOP can be pretty economical, by Disney standards.
Good Luck

Another vote for Biergarten if you have children! My kids love it.

I would skip the OOP cost and go with the Tangierine Cafe. The food is fantastic and the portions are huge. It is a must-do for us on every trip.

I'd throw another vote in for Tangierine Café. It's one of those standout QS places that I'd choose over a lot of TS restaurants, including some in World Showcase.

Ok so I think you've talked me into Tangeirine. I may do Cape May on my HS day. Nothing in that park is appealling to me.
