Sensa

Has anyone used this? I gained a little weight and can't seem to lose it. I keep seeing the commercials for Sensa and am wondering if it is worth trying. Looks to easy to just sprinkle stuff on whatever food you want and lose weight. Anyone have a success story about this product.

The reviews seem really bad. I would try weight watchers.

honestly, it varies from person to person... you have to try it out to see if it works for you or not...

Ive tried about 3 different weight loss pills... so far, only one has really worked well for me... but reviews are mixed, some say it didnt work for them, some say it did...

I have never tried it but I just don't see how it can work. In the commercial they sprinkle it on fries. I just don't see how something can work that great where it is a "get out of jail free" for your food. I think we all would be skinny if there was a miracle this true.

I think it works like Alli. Where it doesn't allow the fat to be absorbed into the body.

But your body does get rid of the fat in the food... Just like or does all other waste. You need a super lean diet to not have major #2 issues.

My dad used Sensa for a few months and said that it made a difference. He stopped using it because he switched to going vegan.

That is not how it works. It works by controlling appetite. I have used sensa and it does make you less hungry.

I tried it and took it back to GNC, it will not work if you smoke because its suppose to rely on your taste buds... guess I dont have any. But if you do want to try it Costco sells it now. So not sure if it would actually work for someone else.

Hydroxycut makes their own version but costs less than Sensa. I have never tried it but try that version and you won't be out as much money.
