Here Comes the 4th!

Ok fans, with the 4th of July celebration quickly approaching, who will be there and where will you be viewing the fireworks?

My tribe will be there and will be at the MK!

If I heard correctly, the 3rd and 4th will only provide the 360 degree firework experience. Is that right?

Fireworks Dessert Party on July 3.
This year we are going to try the 4th of July fireworks at DHS.

We've seen Illuminations on the 4th four times and loved it!
Just going to try something new this time.

Based on the responses, we should have the whole park to ourselves!

I will be arriving around 1:00 PM on the 4th and plan to carry on my 4th of July tradition:

View "DISNEY'S CELEBRATE AMERICA - A FOURTH OF JULY CONCERT IN THE SKY" from the TTC @ 9:00 PM.

Then hop on the Epcot Monorail and book it on over to Epcot and view IllumiNations/The Heartbeat of Freedom @10:00 PM.

Great fun!

Do you think EPCOTS fireworks are better than the MK fireworks?

We caught the tail end of Epcot's 2 years ago as we came back from watching MK's from the Poly. From what I've heard, this is just Illuminations with a big fireworks tag at the end... but holy *cow*! At least from our drive-by, this appears to be one of the loudest, most intense fireworks moments I've seen at Disney. We're gonna try the Boardwalk area this year for Beaches and Cream, Mini-Golf, and Fireworks, so I'm pretty excited

Epcot only has a 4th of July "tag" called "The Heartbeat of Freedom" which is immediately after IllumiNations.

The "tag" is not nearly as long as the MK show,BUT the very end of "The Heartbeat of Freedom" is better than anything in the MK fireworks IMHO.
