Tea Drinkers

Does anyone know what brand of tea bags are at the drink station on the Fantasy?
On the Magic in 2010 it was Twinings and we are hoping that the Fantasy has it also.
We don't want to bring ours from Australia like last time.

Smile My favorite time of day is....

After dinner and you tell your sever you would like some hot tea, and he brings over that beautiful box full of various flavors. Makes me smile every time.

In May on the Fantasy (also December on Magic), most was Twinnings. There was some Lipton regular, and on our Med cruise (Magic, 2011) a brand I wasn't familiar with. Our server explained that DCL had purchased a more upscale brand and found that their British guests were asking for "the cheaper stuff that they drink at home," and that was the other brand.

A few weeks ago there was a mix also. I would ask your server for extra of whatever you like if you don't see it out.

flavors

Does anyone know what flavors of tea are available? Are they the same as what they have in WDW now? Are they same in DR as in buffet?

This thread makes me chuckle because I was well known by our servers on our DCL cruises (we have been on two) for fishing out my little baggie of round Tetley teabags after dinner and at breakfast. On our first cruise, our assistant server was from Cornwall and was beyond thrilled when I presented her with a box of Tetley as a bonus "tip" at the end of the cruise.

I really don't have any aversion to Twinnings - I just prefer Tetley, that's all.

Here's a picture of the tea offerings on the Wonder (I'm pretty sure they'd be similar on all ships) one day.

I can see English Breakfast, Green Tea, Ceylon Orange Pekoe, Pure Camomile, as well as 3 others I can't see the names of.

The box the server brought to us in the MDR on our cruise had at least 15 or 20 types of tea.

They also have some great teas in the Cove Cafe - of course, you have to pay extra for those.

But my sister and I really enjoyed the Marsala Chai tea in the Cove Cafe and the Vista Cafe.

I love my King Cole Tea and never ever travel without - I've never seen it offered anywhere, so I travel with a baggie of it!
