just you alone?

an option:

sign up for DCL transfer from the airport to the port and take a taxi or a shuttle to the airport from your hotel....

++++

if more than one, consider a one way car rental

You could try a private car service. It would be less than a taxi.

That's what I was just about to say.

Why would you not do the DCL transfers? It would be $70 total. Cheapest and most reliable option.

Because they are at international drive. They would have to get themselves back to MCO then on DCL bus. It would be a heck of a lot easier to just get a private car service. Two that I know of are Tiffany Towncar & Happy Limo. I think there is still a discount code for Happy limo on MouseSavers.com.
