Anyway, I am SO EXCITED. I have read about the Poly lots, but really need to get moving because our trip is in two weeks.

Did I mention how excited I am? The kids are going to flip, too--esp. about the CL part (they aren't going to learn about that nugget of info until we get there).

WHOOP!
Congrats on booking the Poly......you're going to love it .

I heard that at the club level they have the Kona Salad for dinner, and I know that the salad has blue cheese. I was wondering if someone knew whether the blue cheese was on the side or mixed into the salad?

Thank you!

I didn't eat it but saw it and it looked like everything was mixed in it.

The teens!!!!! 19 more days of waiting for Poly bliss..... but it seems like it is going by so fast I can't believe it!!!!

I caught up on all the July 4th reports. If I was there last week I don't think I would have even watched from the Poly beach, the looks of those pictures made me feel stressed and annoyed... I'm more of a "stand in the middle of the hub type of girl" My kids don't like fireworks so DH always take them on rides during Wishes, which allows me the opportunity to slide right into the middle of the crowd and blend in. So if you see me snaking thru don't tell anyone!!!!

Interesting about those 2nd floor sliding doors. We've always been lucky enough to get the 3rd floor, and I know I wouldn't like being locked in and unable to feel fresh air. That doesn't sound good.

Did you request 3rd floor? That is our only request and I really really hope we get it. Like you said, the 2nd floor sliding doors sound so unappealing to me, and DH hates the idea of an exposed patio with people walking by. Fingers crossed...

How's the construction looking there now? Are they done with the beach and fire pit area? I thought I saw something about part of the beach being closed??

If I want to be close to transportation in a refurb room (standard view), which longhouse would you suggest? I was thinking Tokelau? We'll be there the first week of August (8/1-8/9) so I don't think Tahiti will be open yet and Rapa Nui will be closing a few days after we leave so no refurb yet.

Also, where is the laundry room located?

Thanks! :-)
