ADR advice please

Please give me any advice you have. If there is an ADR I have that you think I should replace with something else your criticism would be greatly appreciated.
I'm staying at POR and its my wife, myself, her mom, her 17 year old little brother and her 4 year old sister.

Day 1: MK- 8PM Ohana
Day 2: Epcot- 6PM Akershus
Day 3: HS- 7:15PM La Hacienda
Day 4: MK- 9AM Crystal Palace
Day 5: AK- 5:30PM Boma
Day 6: HS- 7:30PM Bongos Cuban Cafe
Day 7: MK- 6:15PM LTT

I'm not familiar with the Cuban Cafe, but I like all your other choices. You have a nice variety and restaurants that will appeal to the 4yo, teenager and adults.

I agree with PP, it's a good mix.

The only thing that jumped out to me was the 8:00 for 'Ohana. Waiting 20-30 minutes after your ADR time isn't unheard of, so I would worry that the late dining time might be too hard on the 4 year old.

I have to agree with this. 8:00 reservation could easily still have you there around 10 (30 min wait then 90 min for dinner). I am not sure if it is because of when you are flying in. Otherwise it is a nice mix.

Sounds like a great variety! La Hacienda and CP are the only two I am familiar with and I have nothing bad to say about either!
