Waterproof women's watch recommendation?

We're taking our first cruise in July, and I'm looking for a waterproof women's watch. I'd wear it around deck, in the pools, on snorkeling excursions, Castaway Cay, etc. I don't want anything super expensive, but I do want it to be good enough to last through snorkeling and beach excursions and hopefully many future DCL cruises. Doesn't need to be fancy as I would not wear it to dinner or to the shows. Oh, and I have a very small wrist. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I bought one for $10.00 at WalMart. It's got a white plastic band and case with pink trim. It's good to 245 ft.

Not a great picture, but here's a look at it:

Timex Ironman

I love mine! I swim 2-3 miles a day and I use this to count my laps in the water. Works great and you can usually find them on sale at Kohls.

I never took my Swatch off a few years ago on our cruise, including our whole day at Atlantis and CC. That's been 3 years and it's still perfect. The designs are so great, I just love them!

We have good old Timex watches with mostly silver but gold edges. Twinkie bought them for us. I think I'm on yr 3 or more with mine? Everyone always asks me in the hottub but YES it is. Watches are important especially on excursions and port days! Twinkie jokes that I look like a very timely mermaid because I'm wearing it in my mermaid photos. Its not cuz its not a sports looking watch and I don't like those plastic bands with sweat under my skin either. This is the metal link kind. It had a stopwatch feature that i use every day. I start it when I start my run, click pause when the doggies have to do their business on side of road and then click it back on when we go again and at least that way I can keep an eye on my pace. It also has alarms too. And dates. Its a cheap perfectly functional not too casual sporty waterproof watch that acts like its going to go forever. (Oh yeah the light up function burned out but nothing else has.)

Casio watches are relatively inexpensive depending on the model and you can always get a velcro band for your small wrist.

I have a green Timex one from Target. I bought it 3 years ago, have used it daily, worn it in water, etc and it's still looking great and working! I know they still sell the exact same type and it was less than $15 for sure. I recommend it.

Please come back and post what you purchase. I too have very small wrists and most watches are just too big, or the band doesn't fit.

I have a purple Freestyle Bella that I bought on board the Magic in 2010. Used it for snorkeling in the Caribbean.

I'll let you know! My 9 year old son has bigger wrists than I do, so most watches look ridiculous on me. But, now I have a great starting point thanks to all the recommendations!
