Booking with Dreams Unlimited

How has the experience with Dreams Unlimited? Are they able to get better prices than booking directly with Disney?

Are they reliable and responsive?

We have our reservations through Dreams Unlimited - they have been great. They have the same rates as Disney. They are quick to reply to e-mails. We are happy.

If the prices are the same as Disney, what is the benefit of booking through Dreams Unlimited?
Are the cancellations policies the same as Disney?

We had a DCL cruise reservation through Dreams Unlimited in 2011. They were great. They were quick to reply to my e-mails (usually within a few hours). We made the reservations through them because of the great onboard credit they gave us.

We also use Dreamsunlimited. The biggest advantages for us is that everything can be handled on line ( no waiting on hold for what always seems hours with Disney ) always have the same Agent to email with whenever we have a question or concern ( love having the same person to "chat" with ) They will continue to look for discounts and Modify our reservation when a new discount is released. They deal Directly with Disney for you. All Disney Policies apply

there are a few perks with Dreams on occasion. we have a cruise booked for January and received 150 ship board credit on 2 rooms. I've used them a few times and they have always been prompt. Its also very nice if you have a dining plan to let them book your dining ressies. Moat other travel agents don't understand the intricacies of Disney dining.
