A vegan in Hollywood (Studios)

I get to make reservations in about 2 weeks. I was wondering if anyone has any dinner recommendations for HS considering the new menus. I was certain I was going with 50's, then they removed the veg spaghetti and meatballs
Anyone been recently? Any idea if Sci-fi's veg burger or shepherd's pie is/can be made vegan? Any luck at Mama Melrose's? TIA

Why not Brown Derby's tofu coconut noodle bowl?

Recipe is here.

The thai noodles don't seem to have egg in them (I'm ovo lacto and eat eggs, but I despise eggs in a noodle and can generally smell it before eating it), but of course you would want to ask.
