Any ADR advice?

We will be at the World for DH birthday (Nov.) and I am trying to find something to do for him. We will be at HS that day and park closes at 7. We are currently booked at SSR, but hoping a waitlist request comes through for VWL.
DH is a red meat and potatoes guy, very basic, very boring
He is also extremely cheap and hates to spend money! This is making it very complicated for me to find a good place for dinner that he would enjoy and not complain too much about the price. In all honesty, he would be perfectly fine if we didn't do a thing for him, but I would feel guilty since he always tries to make birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, etc. special for us.
Does anybody have any ideas? Wanting to find something before it is too late to book anything.

Try the dinner buffet at Trail's End at Fort Wilderness. It is the cheapest buffet on the property and has the perfect food for a meat and potatoes guy. They even have a baked potato bar.
